One Extreme To The Other

I just love the post office !!!!
I know two brothers to protect the innocent we will call one Major and one Minor.
I posted some cd's to Major they did not turn up I had to re-post the cd's and
complain to the post office.(Still waiting for the reply I might add).
Any way I posted some cd's to Minor ,I posted them at 540pm they arrived on his door step
at 830 am LESS THAN 16 HOURS!!!! ,Great I thought .
The Best Bit Major contacted me the original disks turned up THREE MONTHS LATE !.

How can they do this 16 hours for one 3 months for the other. I might add they were both posted in the same post office and the area for posting is within 5 miles of each other .
